Dr. Jennifer Krist is a Family Nurse Practitioner, Affiliate Professor and Lecturer with the University of British Columbia and is the Fraser Regional Lead for Nurse Practitioner Initiatives in BC. She completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Grand Canyon University in Arizona with a dissertation focus on preeclampsia risk factor screening and early disease education in pregnant women. Jennifer specializes in primary care maternity, women’s health, IUD insertions and contraception counselling. She remains passionate about the global reproductive rights of women and caring for families during their reproductive years.
